It ain't burnt. It's well done...
A bit of old meets new is what you'll find here at isa.bella. Our base ingredients are straight out of the history books. In fact, our Margherita pizza is something that you probably could've gotten on a street corner in Naples 100 years ago.
Our dough is made from just four traditional ingredients: salt, water, yeast, and a very special, low gluten flour, which we import straight from Italy.
Our sauce is made by hand every day from San Marzano tomatoes, fresh, organic basil leaves, a pinch of kosher salt and a squeeze of lemon... And that's it!
Our cheese is ultra fresh mozzarella balls sealed in spring water, which we crumble onto your pizza. We never the shredded, salted, processed, prepackaged kind
